another fun-filled, fantastic edition of the Christian Clown Connection!
This is our 19th year dedicated to helping people become effective ministers
of laughter and Good News.
Meet
some of the most dedicated and talented leaders in this fantastic,
fun-filled ministry.
Rub
elbows and clown noses with veterans of Ringling Bros. circus! Plus, you’ll
see some of your favorite clowns from past years and meet some new faces,
too.
Each year the Christian Clown Connection delivers exciting new learning
opportunities for both clown convention veterans and first time Christ
clowns. You’ll experience a high energy day of workshops, performances and
demonstrations filled with Christian clowning insights and techniques.
Since 1985, the non-profit Christian Clown Connection has trained beginning
and veteran clowns in this special ministry. Guest lecturers and volunteer
instructors alike encourage growth in theology within the framework of
circus tradition and history. The Connection’s overall goal has always been
to teach, affirm, support, enhance and celebrate effective clown
ministry.

Barry "Bonzo" DeChant has amused, entertained and taught clown techniques from Michigan to Florida, including appearances in numerous TV commercials and at the White House Easter Egg Roll, and performances in England, Scotland and Wales.
